• Do I have to register for both Thanksgiving 360 and Christmas 360 programs?

  We would love to host your child(ren) for both programs! However, please register for the program(s) that meet the needs of your family.

• How much is the Christmas 360 program?

  The two-day program is $150. This fee includes available care from 7:30 AM-5:30 PM, supervised unique experiences throughout each day, and a morning and afternoon snack.

• How do I register for these programs?

  Registration will open in October 2024 and the link will be shared in the weekly All Saints Vikings e-blast.

• Where will the Christmas 360 program be held?

  The program will be held in the St. Stephen's Christian Education Building with time spent in the All Saints gym, playgrounds, gaga pit, and dining facility.

• Does my child have to be there from 7:30 AM-5:30 PM?

  Our programming is scheduled from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, but your child is welcome to arrive anytime between 7:30 and 9:00 AM and stay until 5:30 PM to accommodate family schedules.

• Will there be a Drop In, Half Day or One Day option?

  In order to prepare for and maintain an appropriate and safe number of counselors for the registered children, there is not a Drop In, Half Day or One Day option.

• Will lunch be provided?

  No, lunch will not be provided, however, we will provide a morning and an afternoon snack. Each student should bring their lunch and a water bottle.

• Where and when is pick up and drop off?

  Students should be dropped off and picked up at the St. Stephen's Christian Education Building. Morning drop-off starts at 7:30 AM, and pick-up ends at 5:30 PM.
